Cut pre-heat billet
Billets are preheated in the oven to a temperature of about 400oC to 470oC and cut into required length for extrusion.

Extrusion
The die for the required profile is loaded onto the extrusion press and the preheated billet will be loaded to the extrusion press for pressing through the die.

Stretching and Cutting
The profile is stretched to straightness and cut into required length. (normally 6.1M)

Ageing
The cut profiles are to go through the hardening/ageing process in the aging oven for about two hours at a temperature of 200oC

The hardened profiles are packed / sent for anodizing / sent for powder coat/ wood grain process,

The hardened profiles are packed / sent for anodizing / sent for powder coat/ wood grain process,

Fabrication
The hardened profiles are packed / sent for anodizing / sent for powder coat/ wood grain process,

Powder Coat / Wood Grain
The hardened profiles are packed / sent for anodizing / sent for powder coat/ wood grain process,

and finally ready for distribution.
